Rooted in Brownstown

Deborah grew up in Brownstown Township, Michigan, where community meant knowing your neighbors, taking the back roads, and building a life centered around connection.

A Woodhaven High School graduate, she raised her daughters in the Downriver area and continues to serve the same community she calls home.

Giving back has always been part of who she is.

Deborah has quilted for over 20 years and leads Quilts for Kids, creating handmade blankets for children in hospitals and shelters. She also supports Move for Hunger and stays active through Rotary and the Women’s Council of Michigan Local 275.

Service is not something she says. It is something she lives.

A Life Transition That Shaped Her Work

After raising her daughters, Deborah experienced a major life transition following a divorce and moved to Tennessee to rebuild.

While she successfully ran an optical shop and helped people see more clearly in a literal sense, she realized something was missing.

She missed her family.
She missed her hometown.
And she missed the sense of belonging she had always known in Southeast Michigan.

Eventually, she made the decision to return home and start over.

That experience now shapes how she helps others navigate uncertain decisions with clarity and confidence.

More Than Buying and Selling

When Deborah entered real estate, she believed she would simply help people buy and sell homes.

Instead, she found herself working with homeowners facing deeper questions.
